IBC Mixers
Intermediate bulk containers or “IBC’s” often utilise mixing systems and agitators that can perform various mixing and agitation methods. By performing mixing and agitation inside the container this can reduce transfer and cleaning times and increase hygienic practice. IBC’s are also reffered to as IBC Totes or IBC Tanks.
BP Systems are the main distributors for Euromixers unique range of IBC tanks and mixers with E-400 folding impellers designed for use with plastic transportable (IBC) containers. We supply a range of models suitable for a variety of applications including stirring, agitating, mixing and homogenising viscous liquids and high settled solids slurries, wetting and dissolving powders.
Using the IBC as a mixing vessel, offers significant savings on transfer and cleaning time.

Designed for use on 1000l IBC / 800 litre IBC containers with 150mm screw caps by Schutz, Sotralentz and Van Leer suitable for most container types.

Lightweight stainless steel bridge which mounts directly on to the IBC frame and is secured in place with quick action toggle clamps.
IBC Mixer Lifting Options.
Eye bolt as standard
As standard the IBC mixer is supplied with an eye bolt for lifting the mixer using a hoist, or optional fork lift modules for lifting the mixer using a fork lift truck.

Electric Motors for IBC Mixers
380 to 415 volts 3 ph 50 Hz protection IP55 optional 240 v and 110volts 1ph fitted with Start / Stop push buttons and overload relays,A safety interlock is integrated into the mixer support bridge and wired to the motor control to prevent the mixer from being started when not mounted on an IBC. Connection to the unit is with a 4 pin 16 amp plug / socket, Steel wire armoured flex extension cable are available – 3metre 5metre and 10 meter long.
