PD Series Liquid Solid Mixer System
This is an integrated system to disperse solids into continuous liquid phases; these can be done for continuous inline mixing systems or batch type mixing systems. In principle the powders are sucked in under vacuum which is generated by the specially designed rotor for powder mixing. Powder and liquid then get dispersed in a narrow space within the mixer chamber.

PD-VT Liquid Solid Mixing (LSM)
LSM is designed for the wetting of powder such as gums, carbapol, sugars, pigments, salts and solids that are difficult to disperse. This will be done inline and pumped into the batch mix vessel where you can install a conventional axial flow agitator for storage and filling applications.
LSM : Can be used to wet fluffy type solids like aerosols, carbon blacks and to take out the risk to the operator, by sucking in contaminated powders under vacuum, created by a specially design rotor running at 2900 RPM. Solids can be pre -weighed and dispensed through plastic hose directly into the mixing chamber of the inline mixer.
LSM: Can be used for emulsion manufacture. This can be carried out by introducing the smaller phase of the emulsion directly into the main phase and forming the emulsion inline continuously or through the pipe work prior to being pumped into the batch tank.
