High Shear Batch Mixer
A coupled teeth dispersing generator offers very high shear forces. It sucks the materials from both top and bottom of the vessels, therefore to reduce greatly the process time; and in the narrow clearance between stator and rotor, the material particle will be subjected to a variety of hydraulic shear forces, e.g. grinding, squeezing, crushing, tearing, and micro explosion as a result of sharp pressure alteration. All lead to various effects of dispersing, emulsifying, homogenizing, and mixing.

EUROMIXERS BATCH TYPE FAB-120. Fitted with a 4 KW- 415V-3PH -50HZ.TEFV direct drive motor running at 2900 rpm. Mixer will be flanged mounted suitable for atmospheric vessel conditions. All wetted parts are from 316 stainless steel except for the shaft bush which will be chosen against process applications.
