Hygienic Process
BP Systems – range of hygienic processing vessels provide an economical solution to the food, cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries, based on proven designs. A selection of vessels sizes, specifications and agitator combinations are available to meet specific needs, systems are self contained and including equipment/instrumentation, PT 100 temperature probes, temperature control, load cells, level control, PH meters and data recording. Control panels can be hard wired or supplied with a PLC for manual or automatic control. Fitted with push buttons or an appropriate human interface.Drums & Containers
B.P. Systems have an extensive range of stainless steel tanks, drums and containers which can be used for storage, mixing and transportation. Wetted parts from 316, 304 or 202 stainless steel with or without seals and clamps.Also suitable for CIP/SIP. High Shear Mixers
Our range of high shear mixers can be used extensively for applications where you require mechanical shear to the product that you are mixing, this could be for the dispersion of highly agglomerated material such as gums,CMC, carbapol and most fluffy powders that need a high degree of dispersion. Partial size reduction and the manufacture of emulsions, these can be manufactured by batch or continues mixing using our range of inline mixers or a combination of high shear and axial flow. Our stainless steel tanks and silos are available with storage tank capacity volumes from 50 to 50,000 litres, construction can be vertical or horizontal, Flat or sloping bottoms fully drainable, mounted on shirts or conical bottoms mounted on legs.
